As you may be aware our team operates three shifts on a 24 hour roster to ensure we can continue to grow our production capacity but also facilitate the urgent and critical requirements of our key customers.
Our dispatch hours have historically mirrored our office hours: 7:30am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 7:30am-4pm Friday.
To assist our customers and delivery partners in more efficient scheduling, and to allow a greater window for expedition:
Effective immediately dispatch hours of operation are 6am-6pm Monday to Thursday and 6am-5pm Friday.
In addition we remain able to accommodate 24/7 by appointment for mission critical requirements.
