Our team has been bending and folding for almost as long as it has been cutting sheet metal parts. We have a wealth of experience across the organisation to ensure your project is manufactured to specification.
We have completely implemented dedicated press brake programming using TruTops Boost at Express Metal Products. One of our most senior press brake operators with a decade of experience has filled this role and has greatly increased programming efficiency.

Express Metal Products has expanded its capabilities of bending your laser cut parts in house. The addition of our TRUMPF CNC Press Brake, has a 36 tonne capacity and 1m length ram allowing us to efficiently bend those smaller parts accurately and repetitively.
The advantage of utilising our in-house bending capabilities is that Express Metal has full control over the complete process ensuring a quality finished product.

Express Metal Products has the added capabilities of bending your laser cut parts in house. Our CNC Press Brake department is synonymous with flexible, efficient and effective part bending.
The advantage of utilising our in-house bending capabilities is that Express Metal has full control over the complete process ensuring a quality finished product.
We hold a large library of tooling suited for a wide range of folds including heavy gauge and fine limit bending. Our TRUMPF CNC press brake has a 130 tonne capacity and 3.000m length bed allowing us to bend materials accurately and repeatedly beyond 6mm in thickness pending the bend length.

Folding Validation in TruTops Boost
Express Metal Products customers are able to validate their designs immediately by provided DXF or STEP files to our estimating team. The Press Brake Coordinator is able to quickly and effectively generate folding sequences, select tooling, and provide an ultra cost effective folding quote.
