About the Role:
We’re offering an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals, estimators, and technical draftspersons to join our tight team in Logan. The team services the Australian market with precision laser cut and folded metal components.
As a member of our sales team, you will be interpreting customer requirements and applying our tried and tested manufacturing solutions to meet the needs of your community. With our proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, you can be confident in delivering exceptional service and developing lasting customer relationships.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management skills, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of customer requests
- Keen attention to detail, with a track record of identifying, documenting, and resolving quality-related issues
- Exposure to the Australian Manufacturing or Construction industries in a similar role
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with ERP/CRM/quoting systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to quickly build report
- Adaptability, drive, and a clear understanding of the factors driving success.
- Interest in technical drafting, 3d printing, manufacturing, or construction and desire to further your career in this direction
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Proven industry experience in profiling and ideally laser cutting, with knowledge of various raw materials
- Comprehensive understanding of modern sheet metal manufacturing practices.
- Proficiency in the AutoDesk suite, particularly AutoCAD (2D) and Inventor (3D).
- Extensive experience in reading, creating, and refining technical drawings
